Injury evaluation and assessment
Your first session always starts with time to talk about you and your injury. Whether the goal is waking up with no pain or playing a tournament in two days, we build the plan around it.
1:1 performance therapy
A session built just for you. Hands-on care, specialized manual therapy, and targeted exercise come together to get you noticeable results sooner.
Dry needling
A thin needle placed into a tight muscle helps reset the tissue, improve circulation, speed up recovery, and calm pain so you can move more efficiently.
Myofascial decompression (cupping)
Cups use gentle suction to lift and stretch the connective tissue, which can relieve pain and improve mobility. We follow it with movement-based exercise.
Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization
A stainless steel tool glides over the skin to find and treat soft tissue restrictions. It helps with chronic tightness, soreness, tendon pain, and overuse injuries, and we pair it with exercise to keep the new range of motion.
Myokinesthetic System (MYK)
A non-invasive manual therapy that treats the muscles along specific nerve roots to rebalance the nervous system, correct postural imbalances, and relieve pain. Dr. Kim is certified in the MYK system.
Kinetisense movement assessment
Advanced 3D, marker-free motion capture that measures how you move in real time. It is a powerful performance and injury prevention tool for athletes at every level.
Strength and resilience training
Manual therapy works best when it is followed by the right strength and mobility work. Our athletic trainers, physical therapists, and strength coaches give you exercises that fit your life.
A small team with one focus, getting you better
Full Go is a small practice with one goal, getting you back to doing what you love. Both of our clinicians were athletes, and they treat every client with that experience in mind. Together they give you well-rounded care from your first visit to your return to play.

What our clients say
"I was referred to Dr. Kim after what I thought was a hamstring injury. She quickly diagnosed that it was not my hamstring, but rather an adjacent muscle. I had been on the sidelines for about 3 weeks before seeing her. After 1 session, I stepped off her table pain free. I competed in a pickleball match 2 days later and had no restrictions."Patrick CorcoranGoogle review
"If you are looking for an athletic trainer, Kim is hands down the best in the industry. Kim listens to her athletes, has true passion for her craft & wants the best for her athletes."Caitlin Dent HernandezGoogle review
